This course introduces the fundamentals of typography, exploring its history, anatomy, and application in design. Students will learn to understand and manipulate types to create visually effective communication. Emphasis is placed on typeface selection, legibility, and the relationship between type and visual hierarchy. Through a combination of theoretical study and practical exercises, students will gain a deep appreciation of photography's role in design.
